Trusted yoga community
at your doorstep
Let us take your yoga practice beyond the studio and inspire you on your own journey
About us
We are here to create a warm and supportive community for those new to yoga and those looking for growth in their practice.
Our classes are designed for people of all skill levels and ages. We offer group and private lessons at your home or anywhere else. We also hold corporate yoga classes right in your office. You can book a slot for an offline session or an online session via Zoom.

Our benefits
When you hire an instructor privately or for your family, neighbours or colleagues from work, your class schedule works on your terms. Instead of struggling to get to your class on time, you can make it come to you at time that fits you and your community
Flexible schedule
When the rest of the class at studio already knows what to do, you may be struggling to keep up. But with a private yoga instructor you won’t be left behind. In fact, the class is all about YOU and your community you are comfortable with.
Safer environment for beginners
A private instructor can modify your poses and select ones that work around your particular challenges. This is also great for people who find it difficult to do certain poses due to injury or mobility problems
Individual approach
You can have an instructor come to your home or workplace and provide sessions there. It can be an office, your apartment, a park, a condominium facility, and more
Ability to practice yoga anywhere, even at work
We are proud of our teachers. Each of them is certified for a minimum of 200 hours and has a solid experience in teaching both group and individual classes. A friendly and attentive instructor will build a practice for you and your group, based on your intention, lifestyle and health status
