For your first yoga practice, you will need a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. In the future, your instructor will help you choose equipment based on your level, yoga style, and your goals. Belt and yoga blocks are welcome.

For online yoga practice, you will need a yoga mat and a computer with the Zoom app. For a meditation lesson, you can use a seat cushion to make your meditation more comfortable and comfortable. Yes, if you want to explore new types of yoga, you can inform your teacher or us. Most of our instructors are certified in different styles of yoga and can tailor to your interests.

Yoga is about pleasant process, if you feel unwell, let us and your instructor know. We have a 6 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel a session 6 hours before the class, your payment will be transferred to the next booked session.
